Rowan in Medina County

10/30/2026

Some of our best conversations in Medina County have happened around a dinner table.

We host regular dinners for our neighbors, sponsor events for both Lytle and Natalia schools, as well as first responders, and have a local liaison who keeps residents and community leaders connected to our team.

We are glad to be part of this community all year long. Reach our local team anytime at www.rowanmedina.com.

Data centers power the moments that make up our day.

Every paycheck deposit, doctor's appointment, online class and phone call runs through one. Data centers store and process the information that keeps daily life moving, from hospitals and schools to national security. As Texas grows, so does the need for it, and we are glad to build it here in Medina County alongside our neighbors.

Data Centers Built in Texas. For Texas.

Please find a statement below from Rowan regarding Carroll Farm Road night work:

---

Rowan would like to correct a misunderstanding. A team member from one of our contractors recently misspoke when he said that the Mayor had approved after-hours work on Carroll Farm Road. The Mayor did not personally approve the work, and we apologize for that incorrect statement and any confusion it created. Lytle Councilmember Richard Hughes assisted Rowan in notifying residents in advance about the planned after-hours construction ensuring that the community was informed. Many neighborhood residents have expressed their support for Rowan building Carroll Farm Road directly.

We want to sincerely apologize to our neighbors who were disturbed by the recent after-hours Carroll Farm Road work. We understand how disruptive construction noise can be, especially in the evening, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.

We care deeply about being a good neighbor, and we appreciate the community holding us to a high standard. Complaints, questions, and concerns can always be routed directly to our team at www.rowanmedina.com/contact.

For decades, neighbors in the Coal Mine community have wanted a second access road to improve traffic, local connectivity, and ensure help can get to their homes as fast as possible. Now, Carroll Farm Road is here.

And the story behind it is even better. Stay tuned. 📽

Thank you to all our neighbors and local leaders for coming out to celebrate this historic milestone with a block party and a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday!

The future of Medina County is sitting in its classrooms right now.

Our projects are expected to generate tens of millions of dollars for local schools, law enforcement and infrastructure over the coming decades, and our investment in students has already begun.

At Lytle Elementary, our STEM Center gives students hands-on science and technology learning, and a second center is planned for Natalia Middle School. Our team has also joined career days to show students the opportunities growing in their own community.

Watch a video about the STEM Center produced by the talented students at Lytle ISD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sbvbQGDXM0.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Growth in Medina County starts with good jobs close to home.

Our two Medina County projects represent a minimum $1.8 billion in private investment and are expected to create more than 1,000 construction jobs and nearly 400 permanent jobs, both onsite and across the local economy. Those jobs pay above the area average, and they mean steady work for local tradespeople, contractors, restaurants and suppliers.

That is the kind of growth that lets families build careers where they live and helps Lytle, Natalia and the surrounding communities keep growing. Learn more at www.rowanmedina.com.

Just over a year ago, we broke ground on Project Cinco.

That day brought together local government, education and economic development partners. It followed several months of community outreach, including an open house attended by more than 230 neighbors.

Today, the campus is moving steadily toward completion in 2027.

We're excited to embark on the process for our second project in Medina County. We are your neighbors, and we are here for the long term. Reach out to our team at www.rowanmedina.com.

Some of the most important water conservation work in Medina County is happening on local farms.

Through an investment in a groundwater conservation program with the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy made in partnership with our hyperscale customer, we are helping Medina County farmers upgrade to water-saving equipment.

The water they save helps protect the aquifer that families, farms and businesses across the region rely on, and it makes both of our Medina County projects water positive, conserving more water here than they use.

We are committed to continuing this work to protect our resources while we build a brighter future for Medina County! Watch the full video on www.rowanmedina.com.
