SOLD! 🏡 And this one was anything but easy!
Foreclosures can come with their fair share of challenges, but this one took things to another level!
What should have been a fairly straightforward closing turned into weeks of delays after an issue with the seller’s deed. With the VA as the seller, getting the necessary corrections wasn’t exactly a quick process.
We spent weeks communicating with the title companies, lender, and seller’s representatives trying to get answers. At one point, we even had to get a congressional office involved to help move things along!
Meanwhile, my buyers were facing thousands of dollars in additional costs from extending their interest rate lock.
But we kept pushing, and we got it CLOSED!
What makes this one even sweeter? Coach Namanny wasn’t just buying another house. He was buying the home he grew up in, this time to make new memories with his own family!
