A beautiful home for a nature lover!

I have recently listed the home at 14987 Thicket Court in Waterford, Virginia. It’s a lovely modern home, with a gorgeous stone facade. It features vaulted ceilings and great floor plan, with four bedrooms. But what’s most amazing about this property isn’t what’s in the home, it’s what’s...

Cops Spot A Bald Eagle Blocking Traffic, Then They Realize She’s Stuck There

Great article about police officers and others rescuing an injured bald eagle. But the real story is that bald eagles, once on the brink of extinction, are beginning to thrive and be seen throughout most of their range. This recovery didn’t happen by accident. We need to Envision the future of Loudoun together and ensure that our green Infrastructure (our natural habitat) is protected and preserved into the future! Only 900 people came out to the public sessions so the county has opened up an online portal for input -- you can get to it via the link below. Please be the voice for wildlife, let it be known that we want our Green Infrastructure protected, that we want the policies and protections in our current comprehensive plan to be both brought forward and strengthened in the next comprehensive plan, and that we want decision-making for development to put protection of our natural habitat first, not last. Yes, we can have it all. www.EnvisionLoudoun.org
