Charles, along with Paul and Kerry, operate and manage our western offices, including Leesburg, Middleburg and Winchester. Charles is an attorney with more than 26 years of experience in real estate matters (including commercial, residential and title). Beyond transactions, he handles land use/zoning, landlord/tenant, creditor/debtor, business sales and formation, neighbor law, conservation and related easements, fraud litigation and chancery practice. Charles is Virginia Real Estate Board approved instructor on many topics, a member of Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Prince William Association of Realtors and Greater Piedmont Association of Realtors. He has served on the Board of Dulles Area Association of Realtors and been a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee.
Charles and his family reside in Loudoun County where he has served as a member and chair of the Leesburg Economic Development Commission, Leadership Loudoun (’93), Leesburg Daybreak Rotary Club, Western Loudoun Interact, Monroe Vocational and Technical Education Foundation, Bluemont Concert Foundation, Purcellville Pack 39 leader, Purcellville Troop 163 leader, Woodgrove Indoor Track and Field along with serving on a variety of community and charitable groups.
Paul received a dual major Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia in 1989, and received his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law (now the Antonin Scalia Law School) in 1997 where Paul served as the President of the Student Bar Association. Paul owned and operated Historic Title, LLC in Leesburg, Virginia for 14 years before joining the Metropolitan Title, LLC team. Paul has personally conducted over 10,000 residential and commercial real estate settlements since graduating from law school. Paul is a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors and the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors in Winchester, Virginia. Paul resides in Clarke County, Virginia with his daughter and their three German Shepherds.
