I have a last minute discount for a 6 night opening in my ground floor 2 bed 2 bath luxury condominium home at the fabulous Honua Kai Resort & Spa on the beach in Kaanapali. I don't recall ever booking this unit this cheaply but I've dropped the rate to $399 per night plus taxes and fees to get it booked. The cleaning is $295 and parking is $15 per day. You might find something less expensive but you will not find a better vacation experience for the buck. Check my reviews. My former employer is hiring firefighters.

The Reno Fire Department has approved a new recruit academy, scheduled to begin on April 24. The department is currently seeking to hire 14 new firefighters. This initiative aims to prepare the department for the upcoming wildland fire season and supports its commitment to assisting other communities in the western United States.

This is one of my favorite hikes. The Waiehu Ridge hike. It starts off pretty challenging and it doesn’t get easy until you’re coming back down but the views and scenery are incredible. It’s an easy drive over to the north side from our homes in west Maui. While you’re over there, consider a visit to Io Valley, Paia, Hoopika beach for turtles and watching great surfers, or a meal at Mama’s Fish House, Paia Flatbread, or Paia Fish Company.
