SOLD in West Seattle! 🏡

This one feels especially good to share.

My clients trusted me not only to sell their home at 4540 51st Ave SW, but also to help them find and purchase their next home right here in West Seattle.

We listed at $995,000, went under contract in just 17 days, and closed at $995,000. More importantly, we were able to coordinate both sides of their move and get them successfully from one home to the next.

Selling a home is rarely just about the house itself. There’s usually a bigger story behind it - where you’re going next, how the timing is going to work, and how all of the pieces come together. Being able to help clients navigate that entire process is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

A huge congratulations to my sellers on closing this chapter and starting the next one. And I’m especially happy that their next chapter keeps them here in West Seattle. ❤️

If you’ve been thinking about making a move but aren’t quite sure how to coordinate selling your current home and buying the next one, I’d be happy to talk through what that process could look like.

This review means a lot to me.

Real estate isn't just about contracts and negotiations—it's about helping people through major life transitions, often under tight timelines and a lot of pressure. My job is to keep the process moving forward, provide sound advice, and be available when my clients need me.

I'm incredibly grateful for clients who put their trust in me and allow me to be part of such an important chapter in their lives.

Thank you for the kind words and congratulations again on your new home! 🏡🎉

If you're planning a move and want an agent who will guide you through every step of the process, let's connect.

🏡 SOLD IN SAMMAMISH! 🎉

I'm especially excited for these buyers because this one was a journey.

We spent months searching in a very specific area because staying in the same school district was a top priority. Along the way, we wrote offers on several homes, competed against other buyers, and came up short more than once.

When this home hit the market, I immediately connected with the listing agent, built rapport early, and stayed in close communication throughout the process. In a multiple-offer situation, those relationships and conversations can make all the difference. We were able to position our offer effectively, and this time it was the one that crossed the finish line.

Congratulations to my clients on finding the right home in the right neighborhood and achieving exactly what they set out to do. It was worth the wait!

If you're struggling to find the right home in a competitive market, don't give up. Having a strategy, persistence, and strong communication can make all the difference.

While the market has softened in some areas, well priced homes are still attracting strong interest, and this was one of them.

After just two days on the market, my clients found the home they loved and we submitted our offer right away. Heading into a weekend of open houses, another offer came in, but through proactive communication with the listing broker and a few strategic adjustments to our offer, we were able to put my clients in the winning position.

Now we're on to closing!

I'm especially excited for these clients as they're expecting a new addition to the family soon, and this home will give them the extra space they've been hoping for.

Success in real estate isn't always about having the highest offer. It's about understanding what matters to the seller and positioning your clients accordingly.

Congratulations again to my buyers! Onward and upward! 🏡🎉
