Keizer Prairie Owner's Association

Keizer Prairie Owner's Association News and events for residents of the Keizer Prairie Neighborhood.
The home owners of Keizer Prairie Development chose this area to live for many reasons. Nearby schools, nicely landscaped homes, friendly neighbors and country setting are some possible reasons. The consideration of everyone in regard to these standards will keep our neighborhood a safe and desirable place to live. Plan to attend Keizer Prairie Association meetings, give your input and get to know your neighbors.

Hello KPOA,
On Thursday, February 14, R&R Tree service is going to reduce the arborvitae hedge around the common area of our “ditch”. Currently the hedge is over 12-15 feet in some areas and we cannot find a contractor to keep it trimmed. The board, and attendees our last annual meeting, agreed to bring it down to a manageable level. R&R advised if you want a 4-5 foot hedge (manageable-less maintenance) to cut it to 3-ft. Then it will fill in. The expense of trimming and spraying for pests should be more manageable too. The neighboring properties were notified.
See you at our annual meeting on Tuesday, Feb 5th at Clearlake Elem. in the Library, 7pm. These are things we decided and you pay for. Wanna participate? See you there.
Your KPOA Board.

Hello Keizer Prairie Owners, today the folks at Highway Fuels blew in two inches of hemlock red bark (splinterless) to both sides of our entrance on River Road for a total of 24 yards in under one hour. This should last two years as we keep the area attractive and low maintenance. Thanks to our neighbor TJ on the corner who cleaned up the litter on the north side prior to the application.
Live Friendly, :)
Your KPOA Board

Hello Keizer Prairie.
We are due for some new bark in the common area and in the landscape area at our neighborhood entrance. Highway Fuels won the bid and will be blowing in the bark in the next few days. Keeping our neighborhood nice is the mission of your HOA. KPOA Pres. 😃
