Ālia at 888 Ala Moana is setting aside 40 reserved 1-bedroom homes for Hawaiʻi residents who’ll live in them. You get the same pools, bowling alley, theater and courts as every other owner in this new Kakaʻako Design District tower (est. completion spring 2027).

💰 The price difference is big. The least expensive market-rate 1-bedroom (557 sq ft) is about $1.08M. The reserved 1-bedroom homes start from $514K, which is less than half that price.
