Friends, if you feel like interest rates are just too high to buy right now, take a look at this.

A few years ago, rates were exceptionally low, and that period really reset our expectations of what a “normal” rate looks like.

This chart adds some helpful historical perspective. Rates today may not be ideal, but we’ve certainly seen worse! At least we aren’t at 18%!
