Work is finally moving along! 🧰 ⚒️

Current work includes electrical updates, drywall repairs, removal of old flooring throughout the building’s common areas, and painting has begun in some areas. Beginning in mid-to-late October 🗓️ , Christine will reach out with more details and updates 📞
If any phone numbers have changed, please call the office and leave a message of new phone number. 📝

We expect renovations to be completed by mid-to-late December, with move-ins beginning sometime in early January. 📦

Improvements will include new flooring, fresh paint colors, new community room furniture, and much more. Thank you for your patience as we work toward completing these exciting improvements! 💛

Have a great day!

Last week we had a devastating fire at Lakeview Place in Danville, IN. Fortunately, all of our Residents were able to get out safely thankful to the Danville, Avon and Plainfield Fire Departments. This disaster has unfortunately displaced all of our 50 Residents. Our community is coming together to raise awareness of this fire and the needs of our senior Residents. Take a look!
