Yesterday was not just closing day for my sweet relocation clients, but also their welcome to Alabama and the start of a new chapter.

They only had a weekend here to find their new home, a contingent offer and needed an advocate here while they took care of their other house in another state, we negotiated costs and repairs like a champ, assistance with children school enrollment, and they walked away yesterday with keys and a check at closing!

Official closing day!

A smooth transaction, great buyer agent, and the most amazing seller clients!
I truly am blessed when I have clients like these; and I couldn’t be happier for them to be able to move to be with family.

This home was a really cool and unique piece too. Custom built, acreage, and the perfect distance to town and the lake.

This piece of beautiful Alabama land is ready for its new owners to build the home of their dreams and create new memories and write new stories.

I love that I can be a part of these journeys. My sellers are so happy to build her own home nearby.

The biggest compliment you can give any Realtor is a referral and review! I have met some great people in this career and after being referred to me from past clients, my fabulous buyers have landed the most perfect new home for their new chapter in Alabama. After three full days of seeing homes, laughing historically, many new inside jokes, big snakes and interesting basements….. we have found them their perfect place. I’m super excited for their relocation here and so blessed to have people in my life who refer me directly to their friends and family.
