Smells like chipmunk tastes like squirrel.

While we gutted this little piece of garbage we discovered it isn't stick framed, but a pole barn. And as we got through the layers of , choosing to use the word other, contracting we found nails dating to somewhere between 1820-1850.

So now we don't have any choice. We have to vault the cathedral ceilings, reposition the staircase, make two loft bedrooms, show the old tree joist intact with bark, and make this little crack house sing.
