Renter Tip of the Day: If you are looking for apartment availability, on the apartment building's website, put in your move in date. If you see "Get Notified" or "Check Availability", next to the floorplan you like, that means that floor plan is not available for your preferred move date, no need to contact the office and ask. Reach out to an apartment locator, the service is free, and they can look for similar floor plans at other buildings.

Craft F&B, located in the Galleria Area, is one of my favorite places to get a pizza (Pepperoni & fresh Jalapenos) and has one of the best burgers in town. When considering your new home, I always recommend to my clients to look near their favorite places, places they frequent. This will make visiting those places much easier and could mean you get to go more often.

Renter tip for the day: If you're looking to get the best deal on an apartment, consider looking at brand new or recently opened properties. Those will usually have more inventory, which gives you more floor plans to select from, and offer better incentives for people to move in. Established or "Stabilized" properties have less need to offer large specials since they are more full.
