Excited would be an understatement.
The 3700 block in holds a special place in our hearts for many reasons, so any time we have the opportunity to build in this highly coveted pocket of West University, we are excited beyond words.
From the seamless indoor-outdoor living and two fireplaces to the oversized entertaining spaces, spice kitchen, and dedicated pantry — we cannot pick one thing we love about this home. In short, we love it all.
Oh, and did we mention — corner lot? Any time we have the opportunity to design and build on a corner lot, we run not walk.
