Congratulations to my sellers on closing yesterday! 🎉🏡

This was such a great example of just how much of an impact proper preparation can have when selling a home. We met a few months ago, and I walked through their home and provided recommendations on what to do to prepare for the market. They took every recommendation and executed them perfectly - even replacing the upstairs carpet!

They also used my preparation checklists to make sure the home was ready for photos and showings, and their hard work truly paid off. In their area, homes were averaging 84 days on the market, but theirs went under contract in less than 2 weeks!!! 🙌
