🏡❤️ THEY SAID YES TO THE ADDRESS! ❤️🏡

Some contracts just hit a little differently. 🥹

Today, a very special couple who are near and dear to my heart took a BIG step toward a brand-new place to call home. After many, many years in the same house, they decided it was finally time for a new chapter — and I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am for them!

I wish I could share the whole story and tell you WHO… but this one has to stay a little secret for now. 🤫😉

We’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🏡🔑 And yes… I know the sign says SOLD. The builder is apparently a little more impatient than this Realtor. 😂 We still have a few steps to go before I get to say my favorite three words: CLEAR TO CLOSE!

“Could You Be Buying Instead of Renting?”

🔑 RENTERS… have you ever actually run the numbers?

If you're paying $1,500, $1,800, $2,000+ every month in rent, you may have wondered:

“Could I afford to buy a home instead?” 🏡

The answer might be YES—but you won't know until you look at your options.

Buying isn't automatically the right choice for everyone, and your monthly payment depends on things like the home's price, interest rate, taxes, insurance and your loan program.

But here's what I don't want you to do:
