Exciting update!

Over the past few years, I’ve been actively involved in real estate as an investor, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience evaluating properties, spotting potential issues, and understanding what truly creates value in a home or piece of land.

Through that process, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy working with properties and helping people navigate the buying and selling process. Because of that, I recently became a licensed real estate agent and am excited to officially start helping clients with their real estate goals.

My background as an investor, along with years working hands-on with horses as a farrier, has given me a unique perspective when it comes to evaluating properties beyond just what appears in listing photos. While I work with all types of buyers and sellers, I also specialize in equine and rural properties and enjoy helping horse owners find land that truly works for their animals.

Our first official Nashville renovation has begun!

John and I purchased a duplex in northern Nashville to fix and flip. Each side is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. With John’s 25+ years of building experience, we hope to do most of the work ourselves in about 60 days. We closed on the property yesterday and promptly started demolition today.
