Last Wednesday, I had the chance to play in the Swing for Scholarships golf tournament at The Beaufort Club, hosted by the Carteret County Association of REALTORS, with a couple of my boys.

Somehow the planets aligned, all three of us brought our A-game on the same day, and we ended up taking home the win by a couple of strokes!

Good golf, beautiful weather, a great course, and even better company made for a day that was pretty hard to beat, and best of all, it was for a great cause supporting local scholarships.

If you’re a golfer thinking about planting roots here on the Carolina coast, we’ve got some pretty damn good courses to choose from. Give me a shout and we’ll go check ’em out! 😎⛳️

The median sold price is sitting at $349,000, and homes are spending about 21% fewer days on the market.

We’ve got no shortage of great golf courses around here, but Minnesott Golf & Country Club will always be my day-in, day-out favorite. ⛳️😎

Good people, laid-back atmosphere, and a pretty damn good way to spend an afternoon.

And if the golf game goes south, at least Little Italy Pizza in Grantsboro is right down the road. 🍕🙌🏻

Just another reason I love living, working, and selling real estate down here, I get to show folks a whole lot more than just the houses. 🏡🤙🏻
