Coffee, but make it a design feature. ☕✨

This custom coffee bar concept in our Silver Lake Reno brings together rich, moody tile, warm cabinetry, and a timeless arch to create a space that’s just as beautiful as it is functional.

It’s the little details that make a house feel like home.
Interior design: Natalie VanderWilp (Van Houwelingen)

The Legacy. 🤍

Some homes are built for a season. Others are built with generations in mind.

We named this home The Legacy because our clients’ hope is that one day, it will be passed down to their children and become a place where future generations can gather, make memories, and carry on family traditions.

A home built today with tomorrow—and the generations to come—in mind.

More than a home. A legacy to leave behind.

A glimpse behind the walls.

Beautiful homes aren’t just about the finishes you see—they’re about the craftsmanship, structure, and intentional design happening long before the final details.

Every roofline. Every window. Every angle.
Custom from the ground up.

Welcome to the Alder.

This Modern Farmhouse with Scandinavian influence blends clean lines with warm, natural materials and luxury finishes to create a calm and inviting home. Wood and earth tones emphasize a connection to natural elements throughout the space, while custom arched built-ins around the fireplace add character and craftsmanship to the main living area. A grand front entry leads into a spacious kitchen featuring a large waterfall island and white oak cabinetry.

The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a dedicated office, offering both comfort and functionality. A standout feature in the lower level is a private wh***ey tasting room with a custom liquor display—perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
