As former field editor for the Texas Farm Bureau for 15 years, I’ve seen miles and miles of Texas, and I am convinced that Pecan Plantation is one of the most desirable areas anyone could call home. That’s why I was so excited in 2013 to return to my real estate roots. I worked with my father in his Cleburne real estate office in the 1970s. In 2009, I became a broker and now help local sellers and prospective buyers with their real estate needs. I do not have a large office or staff that depends upon a high volume of sales in order to pay the bills. Assisting sellers in getting fair market value for their homes is more important to me than a quick sale. I never want my sellers to feel as if they are just a number among many listings, but rather valued clients deserving of my attention.
