There’s a whole lot of time and energy and effort that we try to put into our listings to be able to get top dollar. We could have just sent the photographer and said, “Take pictures!” But we don’t like to settle for mediocre effort. So we show up, plan, go shopping, move things back and forth and make sure we get the shot we want. Essentially, it took one entire day between Nidia and me to prep for our photographer to be able to get the best shots. This will be the first impression everyone will get to see before just skipping by the listing and forcing them to save the home and set an appointment. From there the work has just started!
