New luxury apartment towers are opening one after another. For The Carson, our client Bozzuto needed a way to show what makes the building different.

We created a property showcase video for The Carson. It’s a 12-story, 373-unit community with 25,000+ SF of amenity space, a hardwood basketball court, a pickleball court, a sun shelf pool, and an on-site grocer. It sits at the gateway to Northern Liberties and Fishtown.

The video follows Bozzuto’s own idea for the property: “Romanticize the Ordinary Day.” It shows the lifestyle, not just the floor plans.

We photographed the Russell Street Warehouse for our client, Hill Management. It’s a 6,600 SF-bay flex/warehouse property in Downtown Baltimore with dock loading, 14’–18’ ceilings, and quick access to I-95 and the Port of Baltimore.

We photographed the glass railing at One Rangers Way in Arlington’s Entertainment District for our client, Envision Outdoor Living. It’s a 299-unit luxury community surrounded by three stadiums and Texas Live!, designed by Hord Coplan Macht. Fast-track renovation. Occupied-campus deadline. Zero room for error.

JHU’s Bradford Apartments received its first major modernization since 1991, completed during the summer break and ready for the fall 2025 semester. Upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and accessibility, built by our client Harkins Builders, Inc.
