👂 Why it's good to listen

Most people listen so they can reply. Great agents listen so they can understand.

When I really listen, I hear what matters most to you: the commute, the backyard, the schools, and the budget you're truly comfortable with. Listening builds trust, uncovers needs you might not have thought of yet, and tells me what the other side really wants when we're negotiating.

Talk less, hear more, and get better results. 🏡

Thinking about buying or selling in the East Valley? Call or text me at 480-220-7491, or DM me "LISTEN" for a free, no-pressure consultation. I'm all ears.

JUST CLOSED! 🔑🏡

Another happy homeowner in the East Valley! My buyer used a down payment assistance loan, and I negotiated for the seller to cover most of the closing costs. That meant they could move in with only a small amount of money out of pocket.

Many buyers think they need a huge down payment to buy a home. That's not always true. There are programs built to help, and having the right team makes all the difference.

I work side by side with my lending partner, Angie Keene of Barrett Financial, who's licensed to do these kinds of loans. Real estate and home loans under one roof means better communication and a smoother path to the keys.

Ready to stop renting and start owning? 🏡
📲 Call or text me at 480-220-7491 to start your home search. I'll negotiate hard for you, just like I did here.
💰 Wondering if you qualify for down payment assistance? Contact my lending partner Angie Keene at 480-220-5627 or www.angiekeene.com.
