While the rest of the country is watching leaves change colors, we're watching the Arizona housing market change gears!

According to The Cromford Report, the median sales price is still sitting at $450,000, unchanged from both last month and last year. Price per square foot barely budged, dropping just 0.1%, while luxury homes made a stronger showing, accounting for 10% of closings. But buyers are still moving at their own pace. Pending listings dropped 12% from September, reminding us that demand is still on the quieter side.
