It’s been an eventful week for DeVillar Properties. From April 30th to May 7th, DP had 3 closings! One transaction was with DP, as the buyers representative, and the other two transactions were with DP as the listing agent. The buyer representation transaction involved a multiple offer scenario. Utilizing my skills and experience, I assisted the buyers in formulating the successful offer. The listing sales were noteworthy given how quickly both properties went under contract, both in 6 days. I attribute the showing activity and resultant offers to DP’s marketing strategies. Both the buyers and the sellers are clients that I have assisted with multiple real estate transactions through the years. Their loyalty is greatly appreciated!
