California Home Sales Expected to Rise in 2027...
The housing market is expected to continue its gradual recovery in 2027, according to C.A.R.'s 2027 Housing Market Forecast. Existing single-family home sales are projected to increase 3.7% next year, as improving inventory conditions and stable affordability encourage more buyers and sellers to reenter the market.
