60,000 SQFT.
7 years of accumulated inventory.
And a fresh start.

This wasn’t just a cleanup—it was a full-scale transformation.

We began with **strategic planning**: defining priorities, identifying inefficiencies, and creating a clear path forward. From there, we developed **zone plans** to bring structure, flow, and purpose back to every square foot.

What once felt overwhelming is now organized, intentional, and built for functionality.

✔️ Zoned for efficiency
✔️ Planned for scalability

Corporate hoarding isn’t just about power—it shows up in physical spaces too.

Why are companies holding onto outdated, broken, or unused furniture in storage while teams struggle with what they actually need? Overflowing warehouses, wasted budgets, and missed opportunities to repurpose or donate—it all adds up.

Unused assets shouldn’t sit collecting dust while resources go to waste. Smart organizations audit, repurpose, donate, or responsibly dispose of what no longer serves them.

Efficiency isn’t just about money—it’s about mindset.
