The bond market meltdown continued, with 10Y US Treasury Bond yields moving above 5.25% and mortgage rates surging above 7%. This week, it was the collapse of US/Iran peace talks that renewed inflation fears. One bit of good news: the PCE inflation figures over the last year were revised lower after a necessary (and long overdue) methodology change.
