For The Better Way Project, it started with one simple question:

What if we could make Fort Dodge a place where our kids and grandkids want to stay, grow, and build their futures?

That question sparked a vision for something bigger. A movement focused on investing in our community, revitalizing forgotten spaces, creating new opportunities, and bringing people together to build a better future.

What started as a conversation and an idea has grown into The Better Way Project.

At The Betterway Project, we know that building a better future for Fort Dodge means challenging the status quo, asking tough questions, and being willing to do things differently.

We're not here to keep doing things the same way. We're here to help build something better for our community.

What a cool experience having Zach Lahn come to downtown Fort Dodge to visit the BeachLight Production studios here in the historic carver building this morning.

We had the absolute honor of hosting Zach Lahn for Governor in the studio today to take part in an episode of Chuy Rivas - Against The Odds .
