Great water system off the well I can water all night 2 pastures.
Love my back yard its really come along nicely and the maple trees will block the sun now when you sit on the back deck.
Behind the arena and down along side of it. Nice turn around area with nice well made road going behind barn and up to outdoor arena.
The new fence coming up to the main gate is now finished . Love the way it looks.
For those who have missed my posts about the neighbors we are semi private on a dead end road the drive ends at our gate. Neighbors are really nice and have a beautiful home and take good care of it. Otherwise we are surrounded by forest.
This is the year we moved onto this property and one of the reasons we bought this property it is High and Dry and will NEVER flood. We will have been here 22 years Sept 1.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of the Willamette Valley Flood of 1996. It caused millions of dollars in damage and impacted hundreds to thousands of lives from then until now.
Started out like this today now its nice clear sky's. Noticed the maple and alder trees are starting to bud along with my daffodils and tulips breaking the ground.
The farm could be used for any kind of animal or for even a rescue of some type, a dog kennel maybe , it is used now for boarding, breeding and training horses and the trees are at 22years old so in another 20 you can harvest them for pay off.,
Shaping up to be a beautiful day here in the coast range of Oregon.
Toasty warm today even when its sleeting outside.

So some information about the town we live outside of. Falls City is named after a waterfall in the Little Luckiamute River that passes through the center of town. In the past it was a lumbermill town and once had three mills in operation, a bank, hotel, soda shop, jail, and several grocery stores and bars. It formerly supported a large logging population and other population centers in the hills of the Coast Range, such as the smaller lumber-based community of Black Rock and the company-owned mill town Valsetz. This region experiences warm (but not hot) and dry summers, with no average monthly temperatures above 71.6 °F (22.0 °C). According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Falls City has a warm-summer Mediterranean climate, abbreviated "Csb" on climate maps. Its population runs around 900 people its a typical country town it has a 4th of July parade and fireworks display. It also has several other events through out the year. Black Rock Mountain Bike trail is less than 3 miles away. The Bread Board which makes all kinds of pastries and breads is a fantastic place to have lunch on a Saturday . You can horseback ride or bike ride for miles from the property. The pictures are of main street and the high school.
Just some pictures of the property and house most are new from this year.
Can you say dinner LOL.
