❄️ Brace yourselves! Apparently, we're in for a brutal winter! ⛄
At least that's what the meteorologists are telling us.
Now, I don't want to question their expertise, but considering how often my weather app tells me it's raining while I'm sitting outside enjoying the sunshine, I'm keeping my expectations flexible. 😂
For all we know, we might be wearing shorts in January.
But here's a little advice: Now is probably a good time to buy some ice melt and a snow shovel. Not when the first snowflakes start falling. NOW.
Because we all know how this goes. The forecast announces a snowstorm, everyone suddenly remembers they don't own a shovel, Amazon is sold out, Home Depot has nothing left, and you spend half your Saturday driving from store to store looking for that last bag of salt.
And while you're doing all this, you make yourself a solemn promise:
"Next year, I'm going to be prepared. This will NEVER happen to me again!"
Of course, next year comes around, and the whole adventure starts all over again. 😂
And before anyone thinks I'm being judgmental or condescending, let me clarify something:
I'm not making fun of you. I'm describing myself. 🤣
So here's to being prepared this winter, whether we get two feet of snow or 65 degrees and sunshine!
