A Little Halloween Fun !!!

Real estate question of the day:

Would you buy a haunted house if the price was right? 👻 💀

I’m serious. 😂

Beautiful house. Great location. Everything you’ve been looking for.

Only problem?

Every night at 2:13 AM, somebody walks down the hallway....Nobody’s there.

The kitchen cabinets open by themselves.
And occasionally somebody whispers your name.

BUT…

It’s $75,000 under market value.

Are you buying it, or are you running?

Personally, I’m thinking we could negotiate a little more off the price.

Those ghosts aren’t paying the mortgage.

The North Georgia Dress Code 😂

I know you're thinking of moving up to the mountains but understand North Georgia has its own dress code this time of year.

7 AM: Hoodie and jeans.

11 AM: Take the hoodie off.

2 PM: Wonder why you wore jeans.

7 PM: Go find the hoodie you left somewhere.

And if you’re headed up for the weekend , better throw another jacket in the truck just in case.

Welcome to fall in North Georgia, where you can experience three seasons before supper.

What’s your favorite time of year around here?

Buying a house shouldn’t scare the hell out of you. That’s what the mysterious footsteps upstairs are for. 😂

If this market has you spooked, let’s talk through your options. I’ll help you find a home with good bones… preferably inside the walls.

Think buying a home is out of reach? Let’s take another look.

Metro Brokers Financial has two opportunities that could help:

✅ Removed minimum credit score requirements on conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, subject to automated underwriting approval and other loan requirements.

✅ Extended its FREE 1-0 buydown offer—giving qualified buyers lower mortgage payments for the first 12 months, equivalent to a one percentage point interest rate reduction during that year.

Want to see what that could mean for you? Call or text me at 706-980-2634. I’ll connect you with our Senior Loan Officer for details and qualifications.
