We hear plenty in the news about negotiating REAL ESTATE COMMISSIONS.

But what about the mortgage lenders? 🤔
Did you know lenders can compete for your business too?

💵 BUYERS, HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ASKING:
✅ Can you offer me a better interest rate?
✅ Can you reduce or waive some lender fees?
✅ Can you offer lender credits toward my closing costs?
✅ Can you match or beat another lender's offer?
✅ Can I get a lower rate without paying discount points?

Now here's my point…
What if EVERYONE involved in a real estate transaction helped just a little?
🏠 Sellers negotiate on price or offer concessions.
🤝 Realtors negotiate their commissions.
🏦 Lenders compete on rates, fees, and closing cost credits.
💰 Buyers shop around, ask questions, and negotiate!

When everyone works together and gives a little, we can help make homeownership more affordable!

I'm not saying everyone has to give something up on every transaction. But in a market where affordability is one of the biggest challenges, shouldn't we ALL be looking for ways to help buyers get into homes?
