A truly custom home is about more than choosing finishes. It is about creating spaces designed specifically for the way you live.

Today’s homeowners are thinking beyond the kitchen and incorporating personalized spaces that bring more function, comfort, and enjoyment to everyday life. Sculleries, golf simulators, home gyms, w**e rooms, custom bars, oversized garages, pool houses, hobby rooms, home offices, and even dedicated dog washes can all be thoughtfully incorporated into a custom home.

Because luxury is personal. The best features are the ones that make your home work beautifully for you.

Sometimes creating more living space means looking beyond the existing footprint of your home.

For this featured remodel, the solution was to build up. By adding an addition above the garage, we transformed previously unused space into valuable new living space designed to better meet the homeowners’ needs.

A thoughtfully planned addition can give you the extra room you are looking for while allowing you to stay in the home and location you already love.
