Closed on this beautiful home today! 🏡❤️ This one had a lot of moving parts and plenty of work behind the scenes, but we got it done!
What makes this one extra special is that both families are making moves to be closer to loved ones.
My sellers are off to their next chapter, and the new owners are moving from out of state to enjoy beautiful North Georgia and be closer to family!
I’m so thankful for the trust my clients put in me, especially when there’s a lot to navigate along the way.
So happy for both families and excited for what’s ahead for them! ❤️

Back-to-back closings today, and this beauty officially has a great new family calling it HOME! 🏡❤️

Just over two months ago, my clients asked me to help them sell this home AND find the farm they had been dreaming about. Lots of moving parts, but we made it happen!

This one didn’t take long to get under contract. It’s in an incredible neighborhood, has a great floor plan, and we were blessed with wonderful buyers.

I was also excited to work with Alex on the other side of the transaction and Ben as the lender. Both were great to work with and helped make the whole process smooth from start to finish!

This closing was extra special because selling this home allowed my sellers to move on to their next chapter—and today they closed on that farm they’ve been dreaming about. 🌳🐓❤️

This is such a special one. ❤️

These dear friends of mine had a dream — acreage, living off the land, gardens, chickens, and plenty of room for their kids to run wild and live their best life.

After months of looking, exploring and praying, we finally found the one. Then we learned we were up against multiple offers. 😬 But some good old-fashioned believing, determination, and a whole lot of prayer brought it all together.

Today, we CLOSED on their new farm! 🌿🐓🏡
Soon this place will be filled with gardens growing, chickens roaming, kids running around in the fresh air, and a whole lot of memories being made.

This one had lots of moving parts because I also had to get their current home sold in order to make this dream happen. I’m so grateful they trusted me to help navigate all of it.

More than anything, I’m grateful to call them friends and to have been a small but instrumental part of making this dream a reality.

We got here, friends!! Your homestead era officially begins NOW! ❤️

So excited for both my sellers and the soon-to-be new owners! So many wonderful memories have been made in this home, and I know there are plenty more to come.

My sellers are moving on to a new chapter, and the buyers will soon be closer to family—which makes this one extra sweet. ❤️

And can we talk about that front porch?! Definitely made for rocking chairs, sweet tea, and slow Georgia evenings. 🥰

Well…my clients will be doing just that VERY soon!

They fell hard for this property, and we knew we were up against MULTIPLE OFFERS. But God is good, and guess who’s UNDER CONTRACT and closing on it in just a few weeks?! 🙌

Super excited for my sweet friend Sonya and her family! 🏡❤️

Her two boys will soon be exploring the creek in the backyard of their new home, and I can already picture all the adventures and memories they’re going to make there. This home is beautifully designed and truly feels like the perfect place for this family’s next chapter.

Closings are always exciting. They mark a new beginning for buyers and sellers, but some closings are special in ways that go far beyond the house—and this was definitely one of those. ❤️

🏡 CLOSED in Winder! 🔑❤️

Today was an extra special closing! My clients are officially FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS, and I couldn’t be more excited for them! 🎉

They found such a beautiful home with the sweetest front porch and a bay window that is practically begging for a Christmas tree. 🎄😍 And knowing how much she LOVES to decorate, I have a feeling this house is going to be absolutely adorable for every season!

I also had the pleasure of working with a wonderful co-op agent, Cindy Davila with All Star Realty, and of course, Linda Allen helped make the loan process smooth from start to finish. It truly takes a great team to get everyone to the closing table! ❤️

Here’s to first homes, new memories, front-porch sitting, and lots and lots of decorating! 🍂🏡
