How is everybody tracking their deals right now? Spreadsheet, whiteboard, sticky notes, texting yourself?

This is what mine looks like. Every deal is a card that I drag through stages of the pipeline. Each card can open to show notes, attachments, analyses, and skip trace data. Its all right there instead of buried in a text thread with myself or my business partner. I can even tag him on deals so we can work together on each card.

Built this because I was tired of losing track of where a deal actually was. What is everyone else using? Does anyone have a system that works for them?

We ran a deal through dealScore back in April before doing any real due diligence. It said $54k profit. We ended up making $50k.

This is why dealScore is the first thing we check before we spend hours actually digging into a deal.
