Our inspector was just trying to do his job when he discovered an unexpected tenant in the crawlspace! 😳🐍

Apparently, this home comes with a little extra crawl in the crawlspace! 😂

We’re used to finding plumbing leaks, moisture concerns, and structural issues, but this guy definitely wasn't on the inspection checklist! 🔍

👀 FUN FACT: Crawlspaces can attract unwanted visitors like snakes, rodents, and other critters, especially when there are openings around the foundation or easy access to shelter.
