Ward Home Staging Home Staging is a marketing tool; highlights the best of a home & appeals to the majority of buyers. My name is Sadie Ward, owner of Ward Home Staging.

I was born in northern Virginia and came down south to Louisiana for college. An internship for graduate school brought me to the Dallas area, and I never left. Starting this company in August of 2019 was a leap of faith and has been a blessing ever since. Grateful for my clients, for the support of my friends and family, and most importantly, to my Savior Jesus Christ. I live in Arlington now, married to the love of my life. I have 2 boys and 2 dogs, so my job is my creative outlet... seriously, my home will never be magazine worthy and that's OK! Looking forward to working together. ~Sadie

Morning! ☀️ We staged this house in Allen (north Dallas) yesterday. The investor requested the dining room to be staged as an office area…. I was hesitant at first because of the open floor plan, but I don’t hate it! All came together pretty good in the end. Forgot to take pics of the 2nd bedroom and the primary bathroom (which was SO cool with its floating vanities and open shower…). Maybe I’ll do a follow up post to share those pics when I get them. Yall enjoy your Tuesday! 🤍

Hi everyone! My mover, John (www.MetroplexMovingServices.com), knows that I’m not a huge social media person, bless his heart. So he did a little video for me to post (…also might have been because I bought him and his sidekick, Charles, Popeyes the last staging job we had). Happy 2025! Wishing you a blessed year.

I've staged a few houses recently that I've Ioved, that shockingly have not been sold yet. One is a renovated house in Frisco with huge windows / amazing natural light. Another is a 1940s charm close to the Montgomery St. Antique Mall in Ft. Worth (... a favorite place of mine to browse). The other is a split-level family home in N. Richland Hills that has quick and easy access to highways at an incredible price point. The fourth is a cute, renovated 1918 home within walking distance from downtown Ft Worth.

Happy Sunday morning! Two Fort Worth ‘Occupied’ Stages this past week… here are a few before and afters photos. Having fun over here! 💃🏻

UPDATE: previous to me staging the house, it had just sat on the market. The realtor had called me and asked that I add a few accessories to make the house more appealing. The homeowner accepted a full priced offer within three days of the house being relisted after staging! 🤩 🥂
