I met these sweet buyers a few years ago. We searched all over Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni, and Cedar Creek Lake for the perfect lake house! It had to be on certain waters and a layout that would allow for a pool table.
We looked at this house last summer and they really did love it, it was just a little over their budget.

It was listed again this year and they wanted to see it, but needed to wait until the following week. Then BAM it went under contract๐Ÿ˜” We had all intentions on writing a back up offer, but right before the other buyers option period ended, they terminated! Music to our ears. ๐ŸŽถ It was meant to be!

Y'all have NO IDEA what we went through to get this closed. There's not enough time in the day to try and explain ALL of it.
We did a lot of praying while jumping every hurdle that popped up.
I will fight for my clients and what is right!
I'm the type of agent to make them tear sheet rock off when corners are trying to be cut! They didn't expect little ol' me to be so knowledgeable on construction that's for sure.

I advocate for my clients, as any agent should. I would do it again for my sweet clients, but let's all hope I NEVER come across a similar situation again! ๐Ÿ™ƒ
