🙌🏼🌷A first home for my buyers, and a new chapter for a family who trusted me to lease theirs.

These are two very different closings, but both mean a great deal to me. I loved seeing my buyers get the keys to their first home, and I’m grateful I could help another family find the right people for a home they’ve cared for.

Thank you for letting me be part of these moments. I’m so happy for you all. ✨

🌹🌻 One more happy buyer! We beat out 4 other buyers in a multiple offer situation. Yes, this is still happening with the most desirable homes. Found a home close to family with everything they needed.

💫FloMo is in the news again! Thankful for a great place to live and work. Let me help you find a place to call home in the #3 best places to live in the U.S.!!

Flower Mound is the #3 best place to live in the country! 🎉 U.S. News and World Report, a global leader in rankings and consumer advice, released their 2026-2027 Best Places to Live report this morning. In Texas, Flower Mound earned the #1 spot.

The report evaluated more than 850 of the country’s top cities based on how well they meet residents’ living expectations, with measures including value, job market, desirability, and quality of life. In addition to these measures, the ranking was informed in part by a nationwide public survey measuring the qualities people value most in a place to live, along with data from a variety of government, private-sector, and U.S. News’ internal resources.

Spent time at an industry expo today doing what matters most behind the scenes, strengthening relationships.

Connecting with trusted pros I work alongside every day. Roofers, title, home warranty, stagers, designers, movers, inspectors, and more.

It takes a strong network to keep transactions smooth and protect my clients at every step.

Always glad to be a resource.
