Buying a home shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. 🤍

My buyers had their home inspection yesterday, but wanted a second inspection done this morning just to cross the T’s, dot the I’s, and make sure they felt confident moving forward.

Instead of having them rearrange work and drive all the way back out, I headed over early with my coffee and laptop and hung out while the inspectors did their thing.

Because you have a job, kids, responsibilities and a life outside of buying a home. You can’t always drop everything for every appointment that comes up during escrow.

If it’s something I can handle for you, I’m going to do my best to make it happen.

I have three little kids and a busy life too, so trust me, I get it. Sometimes my kids come along, and sometimes I’m calling in favors.

But at the end of the day, I genuinely care about making this process as smooth as possible for my clients.
