Two sisters, two bathroom upgrades!

We had the opportunity to give these sisters matching bathroom makeovers & they turned out great!

Both bathrooms got new soaking tubs, beautiful tile, exposed shower plumbing, custom cabinet doors & drawer fronts, new countertops, sinks, & mirrors. A whole new look for both spaces!

We love how all the details came together on these projects. Big thanks for trusting L & P to get the job done!

The tiny house is coming right along!! 🏡

We’ve made some big progress over here! Insulation is complete, electrical is done, plumbing is roughed in, and HVAC is installed. It might not look like the most exciting stage of a build, but these are the steps that make a HUGE difference once everything starts coming together!

Next up, we’re getting closer to covering these walls and really bringing this space to life. We can’t wait to show y’all how this one turns out!

Stay tuned for more progress on this little project!😉

The sun makes it hard to see, but we’ve got her all marked for utilities! Getting the details and math done right on the front end, make everything easier down the line. It was such a pretty day I couldn’t help myself!

This weather is making this project feel even better 🙌🏼

A brand new screened-in porch means fresh air, cooler evenings, & a whole lot more time spent outside (without having to deal with all the bugs that come with it). We love taking an existing space & turning it into something our clients can actually enjoy year round. This one is coming together just in time for some perfect fall porch weather. 🍂

Thinking about adding a screened-in porch to your home? Give L & P a call!

Nothing like a fresh coat of paint to make some progress really show! 👏🏼 Fresh white on the exterior and another big step checked off the list!

We’ve still got some work ahead of us, but it’s always fun when a project gets to the stage where you can really start seeing it all come together. 🔨

A fireplace update for you! We are love, love, loving how this project is looking and cannot wait to add those last finishing touches to really tie it all together. 🤎

Right now it’s just dirt…but we can already see what’s coming 👏🏼

This will soon be home to the L & P HQ and we couldn’t be more excited to finally see things getting started! There’s a whole lot of work between this and the finished product, but that’s the fun part. We can’t wait to take y’all along and keep sharing the progress as this place comes to life! 🔨
