What we actually look at when we walk a property with somebody: ✅

- Where the driveway would really go. Not where it's drawn.
- The back of the lot. Acres on paper and acres you can use aren't the same number.
- Water, sewer, and power out at the street.
- Who else is already open on that road.
- The same corner at a different time of day.

Fishcreek in Stow. People go past it every day heading for Route 8. There's national retail and a grocery store about a minute away.

Enough room for more than one building, and not so much that the financing gets complicated.

Most of the land is already set up for houses. There's a strip along Warren Sharon Road set up for shops.
