Recent questions, 3 friends with trailers for camping and hauling machines.

Do you have 3 sites for us?

Yep, sure do but they arent defined. So you can set up together how you like. Like a wagon train or in a U. And move a fire ring where it works for you.

Do you have a potty?

Yep sure do and it even has a light that comes on when you open the door at night.

How far is the Snow Shoe Rails to Trails trail?

Right here!! We are right up the road from Newman's Sandwich Shop and the Clarence Moose Lodge. In fact you continue by machines through the Moose parking lot (aka the old rail road bed) and it dead ends right here at JAB Rentals.
We have a private trail that puts you right from your stay directly onto the trail.

Bonus, access to water if needed. Give equipment and buggy a rinse before loading back up (consideration please just kick the crud down)
Garbage and recycle can available.
Grey water is perfectly fine in the grass. The ground will love it.
We got firewood already cut and stacked. Fire rings. And picnic table first come first move to where ya need it.

*** and for the ones who have to have all the luxuries and amenities that don't camp. We have ya covered there as well and if you're friends do camp. They can set up in front of the home so you are all still together. The ground is solid, level and the grass makes it a whole lot nicer for camping than dirt does (my opinion of course 😉)

We are always doing something to make things better and more comfortable.
