Probably should have posted this when I hit Gold sales level back in June 😜 but the summer has been busy and this year, I’m choosing to be intentional — with my business, my growth, and the way I show up for the people who trust me. This sale is an example of the importance in choosing a realtor who is always thinking about the needs of their clients. (Even if they are not clients just yet 😉) I met this couple at an Open House 6 months prior to this sale. They told me what they were looking for, but they didn't officially become my clients until one morning when I was checking the Sibcy Cline "coming soon" list. Feels like an end of an era...this home was in one family for 6 decades! It served them well with multigenerational living-families growing together, running a business out of the basement, and endless family gatherings where Grandma would insist each family got a picture at the front door.
