Just closed 775 Broadview Ave in the Ravinia neighborhood of Highland Park and I couldn’t be more excited about this one.
$775,000. Multiple offers. $110,000 over the asking price.
But honestly, the result was not surprising because my clients were incredible to work with from day one.
