Our LA team recently toured the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, a project Burnham helped bring to life.
Burnham LA managed the full permitting scope, including core and shell, site grading, and interior build-outs, working alongside numerous architects, contractors, and city officials. With its scale, distinctive architecture, and role as a major public cultural destination, the project required coordination across multiple agencies and careful attention to its design and public use.
Walking through the finished building, past Star Wars props and works by Norman Rockwell, Jack Kirby, and Frank Miller, felt like stepping inside a futuristic spaceship. Being part of such a one-of-a-kind project is very fulfilling for our team.

Peggy Kienzle is celebrating 5 years with Burnham! As Office Manager, Peggy's role touches every office from Chicago to Los Angeles.
"The five years I have worked here have flown by," Peggy says. "I stick around because I love that each day is different." She enjoys keeping the office humming and adding to our culture with fun events and, of course, good food.
