West Chester Borough living, with a backyard of your own. 🤍

125 S Matlack Street is now available for rent at $2,000/month — a 1-bedroom, 1-bath brick twin just a short walk from the restaurants, coffee shops, parks and everything else that makes living in the Borough so much fun.

Inside, it’s bright, updated and full of character, with a renovated kitchen and bath, hardwood floors and a third-floor bonus space that could easily become an office, dressing room or extra storage. And out back? A private fenced yard that feels like a little escape in the middle of town.

If you know someone looking to make West Chester home, send this their way. And if it might be you, send me a message.

Some conversations are easier to put off than to start. Estate planning is often one of them.

But having a plan in place can bring clarity not only for you, but for the people you love.

On Tuesday, October 13th, the West Chester Area Senior Center is welcoming Jamison C. MacMain, Esquire of Buckley Brion McGuire & Morris LLP for a conversation about estate planning, estate administration and succession planning—including why these decisions matter and what your next steps might look like.

Whether you’ve already done some planning or have been telling yourself, “I really need to get around to that,” this is a good opportunity to learn and ask questions.

📅 Tuesday, October 13, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 West Chester Area Senior Center
530 E. Union Street, West Chester

Please share this with someone who might benefit from the conversation. ❤️

Before you start spending money to get your house ready to sell, start with the things buyers are actually going to notice.

For me, three usually rise to the top:

A fresh, neutral coat of paint that makes the home feel brighter.

Landscaping and a little color outside to improve that first impression.

And a professional cleaning—because after living somewhere for years, there are things we simply stop seeing.

None of these are glamorous renovations. That’s exactly the point.

Preparing to sell doesn’t always mean doing more. It means being thoughtful about where your time and money will make the biggest difference.

Thinking about selling? Have someone who understands the market walk through your home before you start making that project list. ❤️

An empty room doesn’t always help buyers see the possibilities.

In fact, sometimes it does the opposite.

That’s why staging isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes I’m furnishing an entire vacant home. Sometimes I’m adding a few finishing touches. And sometimes one room is all we need to rethink.

The goal is to help buyers understand the space—the scale of the room, its natural layout, how one area flows into another—and ultimately make it easier for them to picture their own life there.

Because good staging isn’t about showing buyers how you live in a home.

It’s about giving them enough to imagine how they could. ❤️

Summer, lately. ☀️❤️

Weekends at the Jersey Shore. Time with friends. Long days, lots of laughter, and the kind of moments you wish you could hold onto just a little longer.

Life gets busy, which makes me even more grateful for the time we make for the people we love.

Summer ’26 gave me plenty of sunshine—and even more reasons to be thankful.

A few favorites from a really good summer. ❤️

Ten years ago, at 50 years old, I decided to start over.

I didn’t know where real estate would take me. I just knew I was ready for something new.

There have been accomplishments along the way that I’m incredibly proud of. Capping for the first time. Being honored as a Keller Williams Cultural Icon. Meeting Mo Anderson. Building a business I never could have imagined when I began.

But looking through ten years of photos today, those aren’t the moments I keep coming back to.
It’s the people.

The clients who trusted me. The families I’ve watched grow and change. The friendships that started with a house. The referrals that meant someone trusted me enough to put my name in front of a person they cared about.

And, somewhere in those ten years, getting to help both of my own children buy homes. ❤️

I thought I was changing careers at 50.

What I found was work that challenged me, fulfilled me, and gave me the privilege of being invited into some pretty important chapters of people’s lives.

So today, I’m not celebrating ten years of selling houses.

I’m celebrating ten years of people, relationships, lessons, trust and a decision at 50 that changed my life.

To everyone who has been part of it: thank you.

Here’s to the first 10. 🏡❤️
