Home First Team REALTOR® Team At KW Ginny and Tim visited Chattanooga in 2018 and again in 2019 and fell in love with the area. Do you still need convincing? No problem!

When they were deciding where to settle down and buy their first home, they decided to spread their roots in the Chattanooga area. Some reasons why Chattanooga was a good move were obvious; to be closer to Ginny’s family, raising their 2 children in an enriching environment and spending more time outdoors and enjoying nature. Some other reasons became obvious only after moving; lightning-fast internet provided by EPB (one of the fastest in the world), plenty of employment opportunities and a growing need for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Chattanooga and the surrounding cities and countryside have the right mixture for Tim and Ginny and in fact for anyone looking to find a perfect home. So, when you are interested in finding your perfect home, whether it be an apartment, a condominium, a single-family home, or something completely different, Ginny and Tim are ready to work with you! 🏠🔨 HAPPY LABOR DAY! 🇺🇸
Let’s be honest… Realtors get to put the SOLD sign in the yard, but we don’t build the house, fix the plumbing, wire the electricity, install the HVAC, paint the walls, mow the yard, replace the roof, or make the place actually look good. 😂
That takes a whole lot of hardworking people.
Today we’re giving a huge THANK YOU to the plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, roofers, framers, contractors, painters, landscapers, handymen, inspectors, movers, cleaners, mechanics, builders, and all the other hardworking folks who keep our homes, neighborhoods, and communities running.
You build it. You fix it. You maintain it. You make it better.
And then… we Realtors show up with a sign. 😉🏡
Seriously, though, our jobs are possible because of yours. We’re grateful for the people who work with their hands, solve problems, get dirty, stay late, and get the job done.
🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day! Enjoy the day, you’ve earned it!

This has been a busy month! Happy to be able to help 4 families this month, rolling up our sleeves to help more in August! We are just ecstatic with all the excitement, anticipation! All the hard work on everyone's part sure pays off!

Thanks to Shannon Miller for helping, Pam Parsons and Anita Askew Brogden for your willingness to help while we went on a much-needed vacation with our family!

🏡💙 **UNDER CONTRACT!** 💙🏡

Some homes are found quickly, while others are worth waiting for.

This sweet family was patient, stayed focused, and never settled for something that didn't truly feel like home. Together, we explored their options until we found the place that felt just right, not just for today, but for the many years ahead.

This home is where little feet will run through the hallways, family dinners will be shared around the table, and ordinary days will become some of life's most treasured memories. It's a place where they'll grow together, welcome friends and loved ones, and create a lifetime of moments they'll always remember.

Watching our clients find a home that fits their family and their future is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We are so honored they trusted Tim and I to be part of this journey.

Congratulations to this wonderful family on reaching such an exciting milestone! We can't wait to see you at the closing table and celebrate the beginning of this beautiful new chapter. ❤️

🏡✨ **UNDER CONTRACT! ** ✨🏡

This home is more than just another property; it truly is a special gem for our clients. We called this the wallpaper house and that it is, but it won't be for long. It needs a lot of work, but vision and hard work in a perfect location will make this house a home for them.

I don't usually post homes that are under contract because, in real estate, there are inspections, financing, appraisal, and several other milestones before we can celebrate a successful closing. But the excitement surrounding this one was too special to keep to ourselves and going forward we feel transparency is key so that others can feel the realness or learn from our experiences and that of our clients.

Now we shift our focus to getting everything across the finish line. We're incredibly excited for our clients and grateful they trusted Tim and me to help guide them through such an important milestone.

Congratulations! We can't wait to hand you the keys and celebrate with you at the closing table. ❤️🔑
