Apply For a Loan | R&F Commercial Debt and Equity

R&F Commercial Debt and Equity is a Washington, D.C. based private equity firm that provides a variety of lending and funding services to investors, partnered businesses, and clients.

Our primary services include:

1) Hard Money Lender: We can provide up to 100% hard money at up to 65% of the ARV at 2-4 points and 10-12% Interest only on investment properties for businesses. Check out our website at www.randfcommercial.com and click on "Apply for a Loan" for more details.

2) Cash Buyer: We can purchase properties in DC, MD (PG, Montgomery), and NOVA that meet our criteria. Looking for single-family homes, condos, and townhouses as well as entitled land (MD and NOVA only) and condo conversion/development (DMV). No more than 75% ARV on the total costs and anything over 65% ARV on the total costs will take us 30 days to close.

3) Joint Venture/Partnership: We look at 4 areas here……who found the deal? Who is funding the deal? Who is managing the deal? How will we break up ownership? This will decide how profits are split up. These partnerships can be as simple as a wholesaler that finds us a deal and as an agent can take the purchase and listing end of the commissions…….to a partner who finds the deal, we fully fund at 100%, they manage the deal, and we split profits 50/50 or a mutually beneficially percentage……on all deals we fund at more than 50% we will have the managing member role as we are guaranteeing the loan from the bank and bringing in all or the majority of capital.

4) Referrals/Brokering: We have a huge network of lenders, builders, agents, etc. that we can provide for you. We also have great banking connections and can package up loans for bankable partners.

A very productive and busy week for R&F Commercial Debt and Equity and our partnered settlement company Centerview Title Group. We met with some great people and businesses including The 2K Group, Loan Depot, Coldwell Banker, and Washington Capital Partners.

Great relationships already growing with lots of mutually beneficial business on the horizon!
